One plan for the duty you already have.

Every business with workers has to manage psychosocial risk. Averon turns it into a short list of things to do, and a record you can keep.

01

Find the hazards

Fourteen plain questions about how the work actually runs. Unsure is a fine answer.

02

Rate and plan

Rate each hazard on Lucy's matrix and choose controls, with the hierarchy and examples beside you.

03

Consult your people

Lucy's guide and an anonymous staff survey, with a record of who you asked and what you told them.

04

Keep it current

A staff pulse check and a reminder before every six-month review. Only what changed needs a second look.

Start yourself. Bring Lucy in when you need her.

Answer the free check

Fourteen hazards: Present, Unsure or No. About five minutes, and you see what might apply before you pay anything.

Build your plan

Your answers become your register, action plan and report. You decide every line.

Ask your team

Questions owners ask

Does a small business have to do this?

Yes. If you have workers, the WHS laws in every state and territory expect you to manage psychosocial risks the same way you manage physical ones. Small businesses are included.

What does Averon actually do?

It walks you through Lucy's method one step at a time, explains each hazard in plain words, and shows the hierarchy of controls and the source beside you. Your answers become your register, action plan and report. You make every call.

Does Lucy take responsibility for my plan?

No. Lucy reviews your plan and talks it through with you on a closing call. Your business chooses and owns its actions.

Is an EAP or a wellbeing day enough?

Not on its own. They support people, but the codes of practice expect you to change the work first: workload, roles, rosters. Your plan lists those controls ahead of training.
